Congratulations to Dr. Lisa Walker. Her manuscript, “Gender and Perceptions of Leadership Effectiveness: A Meta-Analysis of Contextual Moderators” (Journal of Applied Psychology, 2014), has won the 2015 Saroj Parasuraman Award for Outstanding Publication on Gender and Diversity. This award is presented by the Gender, Diversity and Organizations Division of the Academy of Management.
