The department held the annual awards ceremony on May 1st, 2025. Here is a recap student awards and achievements that were recognized.

  • Margarita Daza-Murcia was awarded the graduate research award.
  • Miles Calloway has been the student worker for the sociology department since 2022. In recognition of their work, we awarded them the Spectacular Student worker award. We thank them for their help around the department and wish them well!
